Application Info

As a volunteer run club, we limit the number of members annually to ensure a quality experience for our members on the range. We do our best to maintain equipment and the facilities. We do ask members to please keep this in mind and do your part as a member to keep it safe by following the Range rules and to treat equipment and the facilities like your own. We post the club rules on each range for you to easily access and since safety and an enjoyable shooting experience is our first priority, we do reserve the right to revoke membership at any time without refund or evict a guest from the Club property, should the rules be ignored, broken or any safety issue arises.
 

If you are interested in joining the Madoc Sport Shooters as a shooting member, please ensure you have a valid Canadian Possession and Acquisition Licence (PAL). Membership request forms can be downloaded below in PDF and printed and completed and must be mailed to the address stated on the form with payment. After we receive your request it will be reviewed.   Your payment will only be deposited if you are accepted.  You will then receive a Welcome to the Club email. You will be then required to schedule a Handgun Safety Test and Range Safety Officer training at the Club with one of our instructors before being allowed access to shoot at the club (no experience is necessary with handguns to participate in the course & test). In order to use a Holster at our Club members and guests must have a Holster Certification. Contact us to inquire about our Holster Certification courses. We also provide our members with opportunities to further educate themselves and be active in the club by holding various Club level courses throughout the year as well as competitions.
 

As a full member you will have access to the club during shooting hours and can use any range on the main property that is open to members. To see range closures or scheduled private courses which may affect range availability please see our Events Calendar.
